The DH-1 version features a ManHandler winch with a 65 ft. galvanized steel cable. This unit is heavy duty, with a quick-activating braking system, and a 310 lb. weight capacity. It features an easy to use handle and makes this whole DuraHoist system your go-to tool for emergency retrieval.

    What is the max inside expandable dimensions of the base?

      The Miller DuraHoist confined Space Retrieval system is intended to use the ManHandler winch. This comes with 65 feet of galvanized cable. Once up and over the pulleys, you probably lose 6 feet or so. I would estimate this to give you about 55 – 60 feet of cable length below the ‘floor level’ that the DuraHoist is sitting on.
