Sold by the pair, these suspension trauma relief steps attach easily to the hip webbing of harnesses and can be extended to provide relief after a fall while a worker is waiting to be rescued.
Suspension trauma is a serious condition that can affect a fallen worker when main arteries are pinched off by harness leg straps. The trauma straps provide a way for the worker to take pressure off the harness straps by putting a foot into each strap and extending the legs.

The suspension trauma straps are designed to be used as a pair. One on each hip, and deployed to the opposite foot. However, the wording on the Miller site is somewhat ambiguous. Here's what they say: Utilizing two (2) Relief Steps (one for each leg/foot) assures greater comfort until rescue is completed.
